Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse Clerk works under the supervision of the Technosub Sales Manager and collaborate with the branch team. He or she coordinates the shipping and receiving of the inventory and insures proper functionality of the warehouse.

RESPONSABILITIES

Perform daily duties in the warehouse ;
Prepare the pumps and parts orders ;
Coordinate shipping and receiving ;
Validate the accuracy of the inventory received and shipped ;
Coordinate shipping and receiving, ensuring the accuracy of received and shipped inventory;
Pump handling with the forklifts and hoist ;
Ensure the cleanliness and effective storage in the warehouse using identification of the different areas ;
Codify and label parts and pumps in the warehouse ;
Coordinate shipment with logistics companies ;
Collaborate in completing work orders, sales orders, and shipping documents to support internal sales ;
All other related tasks.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma and two (2) years experience as a Warehouse Clerk or in another relevant role.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Possess a valid driving licence;
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel);
Forklift Operator certification an asset;
Slinging and Gantry’s Training (asset).

SOFT SKILLS

The incumbent must possess the following qualities:

Organizational skills;
Team player;
Proactive (strong sense of initiative).
