Sales and Projects Coordinator- (contract of 12 months)
RESPONSABILITIES
- Receive and coordinate submission requests by assigning them to a project manager;
- Keep the request follow-up table up to date;
- Monitor the progress and processing of requests assigned to the project management team and inform technical representatives of the status of their requests;
- Follow up on design requests;
- Handle less complex requests from technical representatives;
- Coordinate certain simple custom orders and follow up until delivery;
- Plan and coordinate the department's weekly meetings;
- Plan and carry out monthly coordination with project managers along with the manager;
- Collaborate on defining sale prices and relay information to technical representatives so they can complete their client submissions;
- Assist project managers in producing bids and proposals (various portals, documentation, etc.);
- Assemble submissions in collaboration with project managers;
- Attend weekly production meetings to ensure information sharing between incoming requests and production;
- Create certain price lists (estimation);
- Create and maintain quality control documents for the IT department;
- Collaborate with the sales director on the Sales Manual;
- Replace the department's administrative support officer as needed;
- Perform any other related tasks.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Hold a DEC in administration or an equivalent certificate of studies combined with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the field. Any other combination of relevant diplomas and/or experience will be considered.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Master the Microsoft Office suite;
- Proficiency in French, both oral and written;
- Advanced level knowledge of English (both oral and written) to communicate (about 70% of the time) with English-speaking partners, suppliers, and customers (training, technical support, presentations);
- An interest in industrial and/or mechanical pumping is an asset.
