Informations
The Communications and Content Strategy Advisor reports to the Marketing Manager and plays a key role in the creation and management of the company’s internal and external communications. This individual is responsible for drafting key messages, managing social media platforms, and supporting various marketing projects for Groupe Technosub. They contribute to the planning and execution of communication campaigns, helping to strengthen the company’s presence and image through strategic and engaging content and events.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Write and design various bilingual communication tools (press releases, internal newsletters, advertisements, reports, articles, information documents, presentations, visuals, etc.) for both internal and external channels;
- Develop content and strategies to support the Group’s social media platforms, including writing, managing, and moderating posts;
- Write, manage, and moderate content for social media platforms;
- Create social media content and coordinate certain visual assets with external partners;
- Support the HR team in communicating job postings and employer branding initiatives;
- Actively support the planning, coordination, and execution of major internal and external communication campaigns;
- Develop and maintain a multichannel editorial calendar;
- Write and edit content for the web, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts;
- Optimize digital content to improve visibility on search engines by applying SEO best practices;
- Analyze sponsorship requests, assess their relevance based on company objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to management;
- Contribute to the employer branding strategy through engaging and consistent content;
- Design, write, and distribute client case studies and project highlights in collaboration with the sales, operations, and integrated solutions teams;
- All other relate tasks.
TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or marketing;
- OR hold a college diploma (DEC) in business administration, combined with significant experience in communications and/or marketing;
- Candidates from a related field or those holding a recognized equivalent certification will also be considered, provided they have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in communications or marketing.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written, sufficient for communication (less than 50% of the time);
- Ability to write various communication materials in both languages (as 100% of communications are translated into French and English), while ensuring message consistency and quality. This includes contributing to the drafting of internal communications for Groupe Technosub (which includes 3 Canadian divisions and 2 U.S. subsidiaries) and for a primarily Canadian and American client base;
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience with Photoshop and/or Canva is considered an asset;
- Strong knowledge of social media usage and best practices;
- Skills and interest in event logistics and coordination.

- Analytical thinking: Ability to assess the effectiveness of communications and campaigns, analyze sponsorship requests, and provide strategic recommendations;
