Communication and Marketing Officer
RESPONSABILITIES
- Organize the logistics for events and conventions in which the Group participates (booth reservations, coordination and creation of exhibition materials related to these events, liaison with representative teams);
- Support internal and external communications on various projects (e.g., internal newsletter, contests, content writing);
- Analyze sponsorship requests, assess their relevance based on company objectives, and ensure administrative management;
- Handle administrative follow-ups for the department’s budget and expense accounts related to these purchases;
- Coordinate signage and various print materials (e.g., buildings, vehicles, business cards, brochures);
- Manage corporate and promotional items, including selection, inventory tracking, supplier orders, and processing requests from employees and clients;
- Create various visuals for web, print, and events;
- Collaborate on the creation of standard presentation tools, such as corporate templates, and review certain content to ensure message consistency, brand compliance, and visual quality of presentations;
- All other related tasks.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Hold a degree in administration, communications, or marketing (DEP, DEC, or Bachelor's) combined with relevant experience:
- DEP or DEC: Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Any other related training or recognized certification considered equivalent will be accepted if accompanied by 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in administration, communications, or marketing.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Advanced knowledge of English, spoken and written, sufficient for communication (less than 50% of the time);
- Ability to write various communication documents in both languages while ensuring consistency and message quality;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong skills in logistics and event coordination, including preparation of promotional materials and organizational management;
- Knowledge of digital tools and social media;
- Experience with Canva is considered an asset.
