Informations
The product codes agent reports to the Director of Innovation and Continuous Improvement. The selected individual is responsible for the administration of price sheets, the preparation of corporate agreements, and actively participates in the organization's transformation projects.
Temporary replacement for an approximative duration of 52 weeks.
Option to work fewer than forty (40) hours, depending on your availability.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Configure new products and parts in the integrated management software (GP) system (innovative products, partner products, manufactured products) according to the organization's established standards.
- Keep the master data related to manufactured products/parts up-to-date (standard times, min-max revision).
- Create pumps/parts/accessories according to established rules.
- Prepare corporate agreements.
- Import costs and prices.
- Launch manufacturing work orders for parts in collaboration with the production planner.
- Administer price sheets and analyze them.
- Perform all other related tasks.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Hold a college diploma in administration and/or accounting;
- Have between two (2) and five (5) years of experience in data processing or entry;
- Any combination of relevant education and/or experience will be considered.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Intermediate knowledge of English, primarily written and occasionally spoken, required to communicate with our internal clients (branches), approximately 10% of the time;
- Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access);
- Good knowledge of software, management, and procurement;
- Having experience and/or knowledge in pump mechanics would be an asset.
