Mudwizard Manager
RESPONSABILITIES
- Responsible for the overall management of the division and team management;
- Ensure health and safety within the division;
- Ensure interdepartmental communication;
- Maintain and manage relationships with the division's clients;
- Establish annual goals and the division's budget and management processes jointly with the sales team;
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Monitor the division's productivity;
- Assign projects to project managers;
- Manage production and project operations and assign projects to project managers;
- Develop business (trade shows, technological showcases, commercialization) and international development;
- Provide sales support (seller training and mobilizing sales for the division's products).
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Hold one of the following degrees: a university degree in administration/business development, environmental engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering. A DEC in water treatment, industrial processes, or mechanics may also be considered. Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or project management in a role with similar responsibilities, including more than 5 years as a director.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent command of both spoken and written French and English (the individual will need to communicate daily with our clients, suppliers outside Quebec, and our Canadian and American subsidiaries);
- Significant experience in sales management, operations, or business development, preferably in the manufacturing sector;
- Experience in international development and product marketing;
- Mastery of management tools and KPI tracking;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE POSITION
- Ideally, work most of the time from the head office located in Rouyn-Noranda;
- Occasional travel within Quebec, Canada, and abroad is to be expected.
