Marketing Specialist, USA
The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing initiatives that promote the company’s products and services across the United States and Mexico. This role focuses on digital marketing, content development, trade show coordination, and marketing communications while ensuring brand consistency with corporate-wide brand standards. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales team, Corporate Marketing, the U.S. local team, and external vendors to help strengthen brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales activities.
RESPONSABILITIES
Digital Marketing & Communications
- Execute and maintain social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube;
- Create and publish marketing content including posts, short-form copy, graphics, and basic video;
- Update and maintain websites in coordination with global corporate marketing teams;
- Support SEO best practices through content updates and keyword alignment;
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, press releases, and case studies.
Events & Trade Shows
- Coordinate U.S. trade show logistics including booth materials, promotional items, shipping, and scheduling;
- Support pre- and post-event marketing communications and lead follow-up efforts;
- Work with Sales to ensure marketing materials support trade show and event objectives.
Branding & Promotional Materials
- Update and maintain sales brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral;
- Coordinate ordering and inventory of branded apparel and promotional items;
- Ensure materials align with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report basic marketing performance metrics (website traffic, social engagement, email performance);
- Support reporting on campaign and event effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Corporate Marketing on marketing initiatives;
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field;
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or technical
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience with social media, content creation, and digital marketing tools;
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic SEO principles;
- Strong writing, organizational, and project coordination skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- English–Spanish bilingual (preferred, not required);
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Travel: 10–20% (trade shows/events);
