The Sales Representative – Mudwizard reports to the Director for Mudwizard. Their main mandate is to promote the division's services, ensure business development and ensure sales growth throughout Toronto.
Ensure representation of the Mudwizard division for the entire Toronto territory;
Maintain and develop good business relationships;
Ensure exemplary customer service;
Ensure canvassing in the field;
Collaborate with the monitoring team to identify new business opportunities;
Understand the client's needs and recommend suitable solutions;
Collaborate with project managers and the water technician to offer technical service adapted to the customer's needs;
Ensure contract management;
Manage and maintain accounts receivable;
Contribute to training and to the growth of our clients;
All other related tasks.
TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
Have significant experience of at least five (5) years in the field of sales or representation in the construction or mining sector.
Hold a valid driver's license as well as a good driving record;
Have a genuine interest in the field and to ensure a presence on construction sites;
Functional knowledge of English, both oral and written;
Ability to communicate with Ontario customers;
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
