NEW BRANCH · The Logistics and Inside Sales reports to the Technosub Sales Manager. He or she is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities related to receiving, shipping, and inventory transfers between branches, ensuring smooth branch operations. The person works closely with Technical Sales Representatives and service departments to provide excellent customer support. Being a newly created position due to the opening of a new branch within the Group, the person will have the challenge of collaborating to make the branch operational.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inquiries received by phone and email, and direct them to the appropriate person;
- Complete work orders, sales orders, shipping documents, invoices, and assist in preparing quotes;
- Prepare orders for pumps and parts;
- Coordinate shipping and receiving, ensuring the accuracy of received and shipped inventory;
- Maintain inventory and coordinate the transfer of pumps and parts between branches;
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the warehouse by identifying different areas;
- Label and code each part and pump in the warehouse;
- Coordinate shipments with transport companies;
- Perform any other related tasks.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High school diploma with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a warehouse.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Functional knowledge of both spoken and written French and English;
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers;
- Forklift certification is an asset;
- Functional knowledge of computers;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
